Price – (including breakfast for two persons). We provide you a menu of fresh eggs. The guesthouse has its own farm. Every morning you will receive a breakfast of fresh and organic products.

From the room there is access to a large balcony with wicker chairs where you can drink a cup of coffee or tea. You can see historical sights and fabulous view of Yerevan. Free private parking is also included.
